Let Us Work For YOU!
Once you contact the Law Office of Al Rowland we will schedule a meeting or phone call with you to discuss your case. Before that consultation, it is best if you write down a chronological timeline of the events that happened. Our experience shows that you will usually remember more details as you think about your case and by documenting those details it can aid us in discussing your case.
If choose to hire us, we provide you with an employment contract that explains our responsibilities to you and yours to us. In addition, the contract clearly spells out our pricing structure. Our criminal law cases are based on a flat-fee pricing agreement, meaning there are no surprises at the conclusion of your case.
Once you retain us to represent you, we will meet to outline a strategy for your case based on the information you provided. Next, we will request discovery from the prosecutor, which is the information the State will use in prosecuting you. Once we receive the discovery, we will schedule a time to meet with you to review all evidence the State provides and update our strategy accordingly.
In most cases, there will be one or more hearings you will be required to attend. We will give you notice of those dates as soon as we receive notice of the date. Additionally, we will contact you as the date nears to ensure there are no conflicts.
